复杂电磁环境下车载事故紧急呼叫系统认证测试方法研究

摘要 目前,车载事故紧急呼叫系统(eCall),在车辆上的应用越来越广泛,尤其是面向海外出口的车型上通常有eCall认证测试要求。本文针对eCall在特殊试验场地所形成的复杂电磁环境下开展认证测试进行了方法研究,通过对测试设备更换、测试系统选型和测试场地布置等进行了优化。实验结果表明,优化后的试验方法大大提升了蜂窝信号质量和稳定性,缩短了试验前的整车调试时间,提高了整体试验效率。 At present,the application of emergency call system(eCall)in vehicles is increasingly extensive,especially for the vehicle models exported overseas,which usually require eCall certification testing.This article conducts a method study on the certification testing of eCall system in the complex electromagnetic environment formed by special testing sites.The optimization is carried out through the replacement of test equipment,the selection of test system and the arrangement of the test site.The test results show that the optimized testing plan greatly improves the quality and stability of cellular signals,shortens the vehicle debugging time before testing,and improves the overall testing efficiency.
