基于核心素养培育的应用型本科高校“思政+双创”协同育人路径研究

Research on Collaborative Education Pathways of“Ideological and Political Education+Incentivizing Business Startups and Innovation”in Application-oriented Undergraduate Universities Based on Key Competence Cultivation

新时代背景下,思想政治教育与创新创业教育作为应用型本科高校育人工作的重要组成部分,二者协同育人是应用型本科高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。为进一步有效发挥应用型本科高校人才培养优势,将核心素养培育融入人才培养目标,应用深度学习理论改变传统教育教学方法与模式,研究构建了应用型本科高校的“思政+双创”协同育人体系,锚定社会需求导向优化协同育人模式、基于核心素养培育创设协同育人耦合目标、立足课程体系融通构建互补教学内容体系、应用深度学习理论改革优化教学方法。实践路径方面,要从教育理念更新、体制机制完善、资源平台优化、师资队伍建设以及课程体系重构五个方面入手,推动应用型本科高校“思政+双创”协同育人的有效实施,以期培养更多具有创新精神和实践能力的优秀人才。

In the context of the new era,the collaboration of integrating ideological and political education with innovative and entrepreneurial education is crucial in fostering virtue through education in application-oriented undergraduate universities.To further leverage the strengths of applied undergraduate education,this study establishes a collaborative education system that combines“ideological and political education”and“incentivizing business startups and innovation”by integrating the key competence cultivation into the goals of talent cultivation and applying deep learning theory to change traditional teaching methods and models.This system aims to align with societal needs,optimize the collaborative education model,establish coupling goals based on the key competence,set up complementary curriculum systems to support the integration of both elements into the curriculum,and reform and optimize teaching methods based on deep learning theory.Concerning practical pathways,the study focuses on updating educational concepts,improving institutional mechanisms,optimizing resource platforms,strengthening faculties,and reconstructing the curriculum system.These efforts will foster the effective implementation of collaborative education of“ideological and political education+incentivizing business startups and innovation”in application-oriented undergraduate universities,and cultivate more outstanding talents with innovative spirit and practical skills.
