摘要
超长混凝土底板在工程实践中扮演着关键的角色,因此其早期性能对工程质量和安全具有至关重要的影响。研究旨在探讨加强带与后浇带对超长混凝土底板早龄期性能的影响,并进行了详细的比较研究。采用数值模拟对比现场情况的方法,深入计算了加强带与后浇带对超长混凝土底板早龄期温度应力的影响情况。研究结果表明,采用加强带与采用后浇带的不同情况下混凝土超长底板早龄期温度最大应力值接近,说明后浇带可以被加强带替代,同时加强带保护了混凝土超长底板的完整性,能够提高超长混凝土底板的早期性能,可以有效减小混凝土底板的开裂倾向,提高其抗裂性能。
Ultra-long concrete slabs play a key role in engineering practice,thus their early performance has a vital impact on the quality and safety of the project.The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of the strengthening strip and the post-pouring strip on the early-age performance of the ultra-long concrete slab floor,and a detailed comparative study is carried out.By comparing the numerical simulation results with the field conditions,the influence of the strengthening strip and the post-pouring strip on the early-age thermal stress of the ultra-long concrete slab floor is deeply calculated.The results show that the maximum temperature stress of the Ultra-long concrete slab at early age is similar under different conditions of the reinforcing strip and the post-pouring strip,which indicates that the post-pouring strip can be replaced by the reinforcing strip,and the reinforcing strip can protect the integrity of the ultra-long concrete slab,improve the early-age performance of the ultra-long concrete slab,effectively reduce the cracking tendency of the concrete slab,and improve its crack resistance.
