紧邻深基坑工程保护性建筑的沉降控制研究

摘要 我国建筑行业的发展面临着周边管线密集、地质条件差、基坑附近建筑保护等问题。以上海市普陀天安阳光广场东地块项目为实例,介绍了施工过程中针对邻近深基坑的4栋保护建筑采取的沉降控制措施,包括桩基围护施工阶段沉降控制措施、基坑降水阶段沉降控制措施、挖土施工阶段沉降控制措施。通过监测分析,3项措施的具体施工过程有效地实现了对保护建筑的沉降控制,可为类似邻近深基坑项目的历史建筑保护提供参考。 The development of China's construction industry is facing the problems of dense surrounding pipelines,poor geological conditions,and protection of buildings near foundation pits.Taking the east block project of Tian'an Sunshine Plaza in Putuo District of Shanghai as an example,the settlement control measures for four protected buildings adjacent to deep foundation pit during construction are introduced,including the settlement control measures for pile foundation enclosure construction stage,foundation pit dewatering stage and excavation construction stage.Through monitoring and analysis,the specific construction process of the three measures effectively realized the settlement control of the protected building,which can provide a reference for the protection of similar historic buildings adjacent to deep foundation pit projects.
