复杂工况下结构转换劲性钢梁安装关键技术分析

摘要 地下空间建筑与上部建筑交叉区域作业空间受限、施工条件苛刻,给运输、吊装方法提出了严苛的挑战。基于宁波市轨道交通线网控制中心工程结构转换钢梁安装项目,介绍复杂工况下大截面钢梁吊装、安装等施工关键技术,包括大型钢梁构件吊装、场地复核、冬季超厚钢板焊接措施等,保证了施工质量与安全,可为类似项目提供参考。 The confluence of underground and above-ground structures often presents confined workspaces and demanding construction conditions,posing significant challenges to the logistics and hoisting of materials.Drawing from the installation of structural transition steel beams at the Ningbo Rail Transit Network Control Center,this study elucidates the critical techniques for the hoisting and installation of large-section steel beams under complex working conditions.These techniques encompass the handling of oversized steel beam components,site verification,and winter welding protocols for exceptionally thick steel plates,ensuring both the quality and safety of the construction process.The insights gained from this analysis serve as a valuable reference for future projects facing similar complexities.
