摘要
为解决施工场地受限条件下网状系杆拱桥施工的难题,结合上海沈陆宅桥项目,从钢结构受力、场地条件、运输条件及吊装设备方面进行分析,经过方案比选和计算,选用先梁后拱的施工工艺。实际施工中,对钢结构进行合理分段并搭设支架,利用400t履带吊以SDB超起工况进行吊装,成功实现特定现场条件下的网状系杆拱桥的施工,可为同类型桥梁施工提供借鉴。
In order to overcome the construction problem of net tied-arch bridge under the condition of limited construction site,combined with Shanghai Shenluzhai Bridge project,the steel structure stress,site conditions,transportation conditions and hoisting equipment are analyzed,and the construction technique of first beam and then arch is selected through scheme comparison and calculation.In the actual construction,the steel structure is reasonably segmented and erected with brackets,and the 400 t crawler crane is used to hoist the bridge in SDB over-lifting condition,which successfully realizes the construction of the net tied arch bridge under specific site conditions,and provides a reference for the construction of similar bridges.
