施工企业的智能建造场景实践与发展方向

摘要 针对当前施工企业推进智能建造技术研发与应用中存在的概念不清、思路不明、价值不高等问题,结合上海建工四建集团在智能建造领域的场景实践,梳理智能建造相关概念,提出施工企业推动智能建造的发展方向,为施工企业数字化和智能化转型提供参考。研究和实践表明,施工企业应结合企业需求,梳理施工工艺数据链,打造BIM深化设计、智能施工策划、精细化施工监管和智慧运维等实战管用的智能建造场景,逐步打通施工全过程数据链条,构建数据资产,助力企业高质量发展。 In view of the current issues of vague concepts,unclear ideas,and low value in the research,development,and application of intelligent construction technology in construction companies,combined with the scene practice of Shanghai Construction Engineering Fourth Construction Group in the field of intelligent construction,this paper combs the related concepts of intelligent construction,puts forward the development direction of construction companies to promote intelligent construction,and provides reference for the digital and intelligent transformation of construction companies.Research and practice show that construction companies should combine the needs of companies,sort out the construction process data chain,create practical intelligent construction scenarios such as BIM deepening design,intelligent construction planning,fine construction supervision and intelligent operation and maintenance,gradually open up the data chain of the whole construction process,build data assets,and help companies develop with high quality.
