发电侧储能技术发展应用及投资策略研究

摘要 在“能源结构转型”背景下,电力工业中可再生能源发电机组装机占比逐步加大,但不稳定属性使其电力支撑能力与常规电源相比仍有明显的差距,尚未形成稳定的替代能力。发电侧储能技术能够有效缓解可再生能源并网压力,并可提高火电机组调频及调峰能力,因而日益受到重视,已有不少研究成果。为了充分利用和发展发电侧储能技术,构建适应大规模可再生能源发展的新型电力系统,对发电侧典型储能技术特点进行了论述和分析,介绍了几种主要发电侧储能技术工业应用进展,提出了发电侧储能项目的投资策略。 In the process of low-carbon energy transformation,the proportion of renewable energy generating units in the electrcic power industry has gradually increased.However,the unstable attribute makes its power support capacity still have a significant gap compared with the conventional power supply,and it has not yet formed a stable alternative capacity.Power generation side energy storage technology can effectively alleviate the grid-connected pressure of renewable energy,and improve the frequency and peak regulation capacity of thermal power units,so it has been paid more and more attention and research.In order to make full use of pow-er generation side energy storage technology and build a new power system suitable for large-scale renewable energy development,the characteristics of typical energy storage technology are discussed and analyzed.The in-dustrial application progress of several main energy storage technology on power generation side is introduced,and the investment strategy of power generation side energy storage project is put forward.
