摘要
稀土配合物荧光探针广泛应用于生物医学、环境监测和化学分析等领域。铕配合物荧光探针是在稀土荧光探针的基础上发展起来的,具有高灵敏度、高选择性、高稳定性等优点,主要应用于成分检测、医药研发等领域。本文综述了稀土配合物荧光探针的应用进展,从活性小分子检测和pH荧光传感等应用出发,介绍了铕配合物荧光探针的研究现状,旨在为相关领域的研究和应用提供新的思路和方法。
Rare earth complex fluorescent probes were widely used in biomedicine,environmental monitoring and chemical analysis.Europium complex fluorescent probe was a special fluorescent probe developed on the basis of rare earth fluorescence probe,which had the advantages of high sensitivity,high selectivity and high stability,and was mainly used in the field of composition detection,pharmaceutical research and development.In this paper,the application progress of fluorescence probes of rare earth complexes were reviewed,the research status of europium complex fluorescence probes was introduced from the application of active small molecule detection and pH fluorescence sensing aiming to provide new ideas and methods for the research and application in related fields.
