氢化二聚酸制备工艺的研究

摘要 本文采用无有机溶剂的工艺,成功制备了氢化二聚酸,详细研究了催化剂种类、反应温度、反应压力、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对二聚酸加氢反应的影响。确定合适的反应条件为:催化剂为钯系催化剂,反应温度为240℃,反应压力为3MPa,反应时间8h,催化剂用量为2wt.%。在此工艺条件下,氢化二聚酸的氢化率高,副反应少,合成工艺简单,催化剂活性高,反应速率快。 The hydrogenated dimeric acid was successfully prepared by an organic solvent free process.The effects of catalyst selection,reaction temperature,reaction pressure,reaction time,and catalyst dosage on the hydrogenation reaction of dimeric acid were studied in detail.The suitable reaction conditions were as followed:palladium catalyst,reaction temperature was 240℃,reaction pressure was 3MPa,reaction time was 8h and catalyst dosage was 2wt.%.Under these process conditions,the hydrogenation rate of hydrogenated dimeric acid was high,with fewer side reactions,simple synthesis process,high catalyst activity and fast reaction rate.
