呼包鄂乌区域供应链产业链创新链协同发展及其驱动因素研究

Research on the Collaborative Development and Driving Factors of the Supply Chain,Industry Chain and Innovation Chain in the Hohhot,Baotou,Ordos,Wuhai and Ulanqab Urban Agglomerations

促进产业链供应链创新链协同发展,是呼包鄂乌区域高质量发展的题中之义。因此,借助物理学中耦合概念,运用熵值法、耦合模型与Tobit模型定量分析了呼包鄂乌区域“三链”协同发展现状及其驱动因素。研究发现,呼包鄂乌区域的供应链、产业链、创新链的综合水平呈现上升趋势,但是距离全国均值存在一定的差距;区域“三链”协同发展水平虽然稳定上升,但是不同城市之间的差距较大,鄂尔多斯和乌海两市的“三链”协同发展水平波动较大;进一步分析发现:对外开放程度对“三链”协同发展的影响显著为负,教育支出强度、经济发展水平、基础设施建设对“三链”协同发展的影响显著为正。据此,从优化产业布局、大力发展数字经济、推动教育合作发展、完善基础设施建设等方面提出了相关的对策建议。

Promoting the collaborative development of the industrial chain,supply chain and innovation chain is the essence of the high-quality development of the Hohhot,Baotou,Ordos,Wuhai and Ulanqab Urban Agglomerationx.Therefore,the entropy method,coupling model,and Tobit model were used to quantitatively analyze the current situation and driving factors for the coordinated development of“three chain”in the Hohhot,Baotou,Ordos,Wuhai and Ulanqab Urban Agglomerationx.Research has found that the comprehensive level of supply chain,industrial chain and innovation chain are showing an upward trend,but there is a certain gap from the national average;Although the level of coordinated development of the“three chains”in the region has steadily increased,there is a significant gap between different cities,and the level of coordinated development of the“three chains”in Ordos and Wuhai fluctuates greatly;Further analysis reveals that the degree of openness to the outside world has a significant negative impact on the coordinated development of the“three chains”,while the intensity of education expenditure,level of economic development,and infrastructure construction have a significant positive impact on the coordinated development of the“three chains”.Based on this,relevant countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed from optimizing industrial layout,vigorously developing the digital economy,promoting educational cooperation,and improving infrastructure construction.
