现代职业教育体系视域下职业教育高质量发展的审思与路向

Reflection and Direction of High-Quality Development of Vocational Education from the Perspective of Modern Vocational Education System

职业教育高质量发展是中国式现代化对职业教育提出的新要求新使命。当前在推进职业教育高质量发展过程中,现代职业教育体系建设还面临着诸多困境。在阐释理论逻辑和政策演进基础上,进一步审思职业教育高质量发展的实践路向,可在推进职业教育体系、赋能职业教育产学合作、提升职业院校关键办学能力、优化人才培养体系等方面加强建设。

The high-quality development of vocational education is a new requirement and mission of Chinese modernization for vocational education.At present,the construction of modern vocational education system stilfaces many dfficulties in promoting the high-quality development process of vocational education.On the basis of interpreting the theoretical logic and policy evolution,we should further reflect on the practical direction of high-quality development of vocational education,and strengthen the construc-tion of promoting the vocational education system,empowering the industry-academia collaboration of vocational education,improv-ing the key school-running ability of vocational colleges,and optimizing the talent training system.
