摘要
教师队伍建设在提高农业高职教育质量和培养兴农人才方面发挥关键作用。面对教师队伍规模扩大、结构不合理和素质参差不齐的现状,深入分析了数量不足、结构不合理、机制不活、专业化水平不高等问题成因;强调了新时代农业高职教师队伍建设价值观引领、拥有国际化视野、学科交叉与综合能力、健全教师职业发展体系和教师团队高水平、结构化的时代内涵和重要性;提出了优化路径:一是更新教育理念,培树创新思维、创业心态;二是目标愿景和价值观引领,构建教师团队协作共同体、教师职业发展和教师培训“三体系”;三是机制创新,提升教师的教学、实践、科研“三能力”;四是科学管理,促进结构与激励双优化,以促进新时代农业高职教师队伍建设和农业高职教育的全面发展。
The construction of teaching staff plays a key role in improving the quality of agricultural higher vocational educa-tion and cultivating agricultural talents.In the face of the expansion of the scale of teaching staff,the unreasonable structure and the uneven quality of teaching staff,the causes of the problems such as insufficient quantity,unreasonable structure,inactive mecha-nism and low level of specialization are analyzed in depth.The value guidance,international vision,interdisciplinary and comprehen-sive ability of the construction of teaching staff of agricultural higher vocational education in the new era,and the era connotation and importance of improving the teachers'professional development system and the high-level and structured teaching staff are empha-sized.The optimization paths are put forward:renewing the educational concept,and cultivating innovative thinking and entrepre-neurial mentality;building a"three-system"framework of teachers'team collaboration community,teachers'professional develop-ment and teachers'training guided by the goal,vision and values;improving teachers'"three abilities"of teaching,practice and scientific research through mechanism innovation;promoting double optimization of structure and incentive through scientific manage-ment,which promotes the construction of teaching staff of agricultural higher vocational education in the new era and the all-round de-velopment of agricultural higher vocational education.
