白及多糖水凝胶在治疗糖尿病溃疡中的研究应用进展

Investigation and Application Progress: The Use of BletillaPolysaccharide Hydrogel in the Treatment of Diabetic Ulcers

糖尿病溃疡(Diabetes ulcers, DU)是糖尿病患者诸多并发症中最常见的一种,发生率高、治愈率低的特点使其成为临床治疗的难点。近年来天然产物为原料制备的生物医用材料,尤其是白及多糖水凝胶,因其良好的止血抑菌和生物相容性等优点,成为研究的焦点。本综述聚焦于白及多糖水凝胶在DU治疗过程中的药理作用、制备设计、药物递送等方面的发展,探讨白及多糖水凝胶在促进DU愈合方面的作用,希望为临床治疗策略和未来研发方向上提供新思路。

Diabetes ulcers(DU)are one of the most common complications among diabetic patients,characterized by a high incidence rate and low healing rate,which makes it a challenging issue in clinical treatment.In recent years,biomedical materials prepared from natural products,especially Bletilla striata polysaccharide hydrogels,have become the focus of research due to their excellent hemostatic,antibacterial,and biocompatibility properties.This review focuses on the pharmacological effects,preparation design,and drug delivery aspects of Bletilla striata polysaccharide hydrogels in the treatment process of DU,exploring their role in promoting the healing of DU.It aims to provide new ideas for clinical treatment strategies and future research directions.
