摘要
磁性纳米粒子在生物医学领域具有良好的应用前景,综述了相关的研究成果,介绍了磁性纳米粒子的制备方法和作为磁共振成像对比剂以及药物载体的应用。在磁共振成像中,磁性纳米粒子具有靶向特异性并且能够提高成像的对比度,使人们能更好地了解病变组织的微观结构。在药物载体方面,磁性纳米粒子可以实现对疾病的靶向治疗,提高局部治疗的效果,在脑部神经系统和肿瘤细胞等方面具有重要作用。除此之外,本文还指出磁性纳米粒子当前存在的挑战和未来发展方向,为后续进一步的科学研究和临床应用提供参考。
Magnetic nanoparticles have good application prospects in the biomedical field.This article reviews the relevant research results,introduces the preparation methods of magnetic nanoparticles,and their applications as magnetic resonance imaging contrast agents and drug carriers.In magnetic resonance imaging,magnetic nanoparticles have targeted specificity and can improve imaging contrast,enabling doctors to better understand the microstructure of diseased tissues.In terms of drug carriers,magnetic nanoparticles can achieve targeted treatment of diseases,improve the effectiveness of local treatment,and play an important role in the brain nervous system and tumor cells.In addition,this article also points out the current challenges and future development directions of magnetic nanoparticles,providing reference for further scientific research and clinical applications in the future.
