摘要
随着海上油气资源勘探与开发的不断深入,未来海域作业井中大位移井、深井、超深井等高难度复杂井也越来越多。由于深井、超深井和大位移井的井深结构复杂,井眼轨迹控制难度较大,钻井液的抗摩减阻性能不足会导致作业井在钻进过程中摩阻扭矩过高,严重影响作业井钻井时效。利用大豆油、乙醇、油酸三乙醇胺、工业磷脂油、纳米硼酸钙等原料,合成了具有良好抗摩减阻性能的高效润滑剂FELUBE-W。室内实验评价和现场应用表明,0.5%高效润滑剂FELUBE-W能将海水润滑系数降低90%以上,泥饼的黏附系数降低50%以上;高效润滑剂FELUBE-W加量为1.0%时可将PF-PLUS/KCl钻井液的润滑系数降低50%以上,泥饼的黏附系数降低50%以上,抗磨承压能力提高4倍以上;FELUBE-W对PF-PLUS/KCl钻井液的流变性能和滤失性能基本无影响,能够增强钻井液的抗摩减阻性能,明显改善钻进期间的扭矩,保障高难度作业井的快速安全钻进。
With the continuous deepening of exploration and development of offshore oil and gas resources,there will be more and more high difficulty and complex wells such as large displacement wells,deep wells,and ultra deep wells in future offshore operations.Due to the complex depth structure of deep wells,ultra deep wells,and extended reach wells,it is difficult to control wellbore trajectory.Insufficient anti friction and drag reduction performance of drilling fluid can lead to excessive frictional torque during the drilling process of the operating well,seriously affecting the drilling efficiency of the operating well.FELUBE-W,an efficient lubricant with excellent anti friction and drag reduction properties,was synthesized using raw materials such as soybean oil,ethanol,triethanolamine oleate,industrial phospholipid oil,and nano calcium borate.Indoor experimental evaluation and on-site application show that the 0.5%efficient lubricant FELUBE-W can reduce the lubrication coefficient of seawater by more than 90%,and the adhesion coefficient of mud cake by more than 50%;When the dosage of efficient lubricant FELUBE-W is 1.0%,the lubrication coefficient of PF-PLUS/KCl drilling fluid can be reduced by more than 50%,the adhesion coefficient of mud cake can be reduced by more than 50%,and the anti-wear and pressure bearing capacity can be increased by more than 4 times;FELUBE-W has little effect on the rheological and filtration properties of PF-PLUS/KCl drilling fluid.It can enhance the anti friction and drag reduction performance of the drilling fluid,significantly improve the torque during drilling,and ensure the rapid and safe drilling of difficult operation wells.
