摘要
某石化装置氢气隔膜压缩机A于2023年3月9日启机运行期间,出现“咚、咚、咚”异常声响,相比正常运行声音大了很多,运行20 min声响仍未消失,遂安排停机检修。本文针对氢压机异响情况进行分析,从飞轮及键装配松紧度、连杆大头瓦螺栓装配松紧度、补油泵柱塞杆、补油泵进出口单向阀、膜头底部止逆阀、膜头顶部溢流阀、轴承、曲轴、连杆等组件是否损伤等因素,按照由浅入深、由简入难的顺序逐步排查,给出了故障排查方法和需要采取的措施,可为同类设备提供排查思路及解决办法,具有较强的指导意义。
During the start-up and operation of the hydrogen diaphragm compressor GB821A in a petrochemical plant on March 9,2023,there was an abnormal sound of"dong,dong,dong",which was much louder than normal operation.The sound did not disappear after 20 minutes of operation,so it was arranged to be shut down for maintenance.This article analyzes the abnormal noise of the hydrogen compressor,and analyzes factors such as the tightness of the flywheel and key assembly,the tightness of the connecting rod big head bearing bolt assembly,the plunger rod of the supplementary oil pump,the inlet and outlet one-way valve of the supplementary oil pump,the bottom check valve of the diaphragm head,the overflow valve at the top of the diaphragm head,bearings,crankshafts,connecting rods and other components,and whether they are damaged.The fault diagnosis methods and measures to be taken are gradually investigated in order from shallow to deep and from simple to difficult.It can provide troubleshooting ideas and solutions for similar devices,and has strong guiding significance.
