摘要
面对我国“双碳”目标驱动下的天然气需求增长及LNG进口市场的扩大,确保LNG接收站设备设施的稳定高效运行至关重要。其中,开关阀作为工艺管道末端的关键动作装置,其科学合理的选型直接关系到接收站的安全性和可靠性。本文以《SH/T 3005石油化工自动化仪表选型设计规范》为基础,结合具体工艺流程和选型设计规范,从阀门型式、阀体、执行机构及附件四个方面,系统阐述了LNG接收站中开关阀的选型要点,以期能够更好地进行LNG接收站开关阀的设计选型工作。
Facing the increasing demand for natural gas driven by China's"dual carbon"goal and the expansion of LNG import market,it is crucial to ensure the stable and efficient operation of LNG receiving station equipment and facilities.As a key action device at the end of process pipeline,the scientific and reasonable selection of on-off valve is directly related to the safety and reliability of the receiving station.Based on SH/T 3005 Petrochemical Automatic Instrument Selection Code,combined with specific process flow and type selection design specifications,this paper systematically elaborates the selection key points of on-off valve in LNG receiving station from four aspects of valve type,valve body,actuator and accessories,in order to better carry out the design and selection of on-off valve in LNG receiving station.
