海洋平台大位移栈桥石油天然气管道配管技术研究

摘要 海洋平台间常用栈桥来实现资源共享,优化设备设施的同时,又极大地节约投资成本。受所在海域水深等条件影响,平台间的相对位移一般都很大,尤其在文昌海域,水深近120 m,平台间的相对位移甚至多达1.6 m。这对于铺设在栈桥上的管线影响非常大,给管线设计尤其是全硬管方案带来巨大挑战。为了解决深水大位移栈桥的配管难题,本文将结合文昌海域某油田栈桥设计工程案例,全方位地剖析问题根本所在,通过方案优化、对管线进行应力分析等方式,最终采用软硬管结合方案来解决附加大位移带来的不利影响,确保栈桥管线的安全运行。此油田栈桥投产至今,已经安全运行3年。 Trestle bridge is often used between offshore platforms to realize resource sharing,optimize equipment and facilities,and greatly save investment cost.Affected by the water depth and other conditions in the sea area,the relative displacement between platforms is generally very large,especially in Wenchang sea area,the water depth is nearly 120 meters,and the relative displacement between platforms is even as high as 1.6 meters.This has a great impact on the pipeline laid on the trestle bridge,and brings great challenges to the pipeline design,especially the whole hard pipe scheme.In order to solve the piping difficult problem of deep-water large displacement trestle bridge,this paper will combine with the design engineering case of Wenchang a oilfield trestle bridge,analyze the root of the problem in an all-round way,through the scheme optimization,stress analysis of the pipeline and other ways,and finally use the combination of flexible and hard pipe scheme to solve the adverse impact of additional displacement,so as to ensure the safe operation of the trestle bridge pipeline.The oilfield trestle bridge has been work safety for three years since it was put into operation.
