摘要
液化天然气(LNG)接收站是重要的能源基础建设,仪表系统的正常运行对安全生产至关重要,仪表防雷设计可以有效防止电子测量仪表以及控制系统遭受雷电威胁。通过分析仪表防雷设计的必要性、现场仪表及控制系统防雷接地的具体方法、关键原则以及发展趋势,为防雷接地提供设计思路。另外,通过举例分析现场常见的接地问题及处理对策为LNG接收站现场仪表防雷接地的检修维护提供一定参考。
Liquefied natural gas(LNG)receiving station is an important energy infrastructure,the normal operation of the instrument system is very important for the safety of production,and the lightning protection design of the instrument can effectively prevent the electronic measuring instrument and control system from lightning threat.By analyzing the necessity of lightning protection design of instrument,specific methods,key principles and development trend of lightning protection grounding of field instrument and control system,the design ideas for lightning protection grounding are provided.In addition,the common grounding problems and countermeasures are analyzed through examples to provide some reference for the maintenance and repair of the on-site instrument lightning protection grounding of LNG receiving station.
