N-亚硝基二甲胺的危害评估

摘要 目的开展N-亚硝基二甲胺的危害评估,估算可接受摄入水平。方法采用系统文献检索方法,收集N-亚硝基二甲胺毒理学资料,对NDMA进行危害识别和危害特征描述,并估算慢性每日摄入量(chronic daily intake,CDI)的可接受水平。结果基于NDMA的致癌强度和人群癌症风险基线水平估算得到的NDMA的慢性可接受摄入水平为不超过0.02 ng/kg·bw/d。结论提出的NDMA CDI值可为人群风险评估提供参考。 Objective To assess the hazard of N-nitrosodimethylamine and estimate the acceptable intake level.Methods The toxicological data of N-nitrosodimethylamine were collected by systematic literature search.Hazard identification and hazard characteristics of NDMA were described,and the acceptable level of chronic daily intake(CDI)was estimated.Results Based on the carcinogenic intensity of NDMA and the baseline population risk of cancer,the chronic acceptable intake level of NDMA was not more than 0.02ng/kg·bw/d by estimating.Conclusion The CDI of NDMA can be used as a reference for population risk assessment.
