摘要
为解决轨道机器人灯光控制装置不可靠的问题,研制了基于局域无线的轨道机器人灯光联动控制装置。变电站高压室的现场测试结果表明,基于局域无线的轨道机器人灯光联动控制装置可以随轨道机器人巡检联动照明,对变电站高压室灯光控制的准确率达100%。该装置联动可靠性高,可延长室内灯具使用寿命,提升变电站智能运维水平。
To solve the problem of unreliable light control device for rail robots,a light linkage control device based on local wireless networks is developed.The field tests in the high-voltage chambers of a substation show that the light linkage control device for rail robots based on local wireless networks is able to link lighting along with the rail robot inspection,with the accuracy of light control in high-voltage chambers of the substation up to 100%.The device features high linkage reliability,which is available to extend the service life of indoor lamps and improve the intelligent operation and maintenance level of the substation.
