文丘里洗涤器单气相压力损失特性研究

摘要 文丘里洗涤器结构简单、造价低廉、除尘效率高,是对煤炭地下气化产出的粗煤气进行分离净化处理的可靠设备。为了优化文丘里洗涤器的结构和工艺,尽可能降低能耗,通过实验和计算流体动力学数值模拟相结合的方法研究文丘里洗涤器单气相压力损失特性。实验测量不同气体体积流量和喉管长度下,文丘里洗涤器内的总压降,并基于验证的数值模型确定文丘里洗涤器收缩段、喉管段和扩张段的阻力损失。研究结果表明,文丘里洗涤器内单气相压降随气体体积流量的增大呈指数增加,随喉管长度的增大呈线性增加。结合实验测量和数值模拟结果,基于理论分析拟合获得文丘里洗涤器单气相压降计算公式,为工业中计算文丘里洗涤器内单气相压降提供了参考。 The Venturi scrubber has a simple structure,low cost,and high dust removal efficiency.It is a reliable device for the separation and purification of crude gas produced by underground coal gasification.In order to optimize the structure and process of the Venturi scrubber and reduce energy usage,the single gas phase pressure drop characteristics of the Venturi scrubber were studied by combining experiments and computational fluid dynamics.The total pressure drop in the Venturi scrubber was measured experimentally at different gas volume flow rates and throat lengths.Based on the validated numerical model,the convergent,throat,and divergent pressure drops were determined.The research results show that the single gas phase pressure drop in the Venturi scrubber increases exponentially with increasing gas volume flow rate and linearly with increasing throat length.Combined with the experimental and simulation results,the formula for calculating the single gas phase pressure drop of the Venturi scrubber was obtained based on the theoretical analysis and fitting.It provides a reference for calculating the pressure drop of a single gas phase in a Venturi scrubber in the industry.
