“稻+螺”综合种养产业的可持续发展模式研究——以广西柳州市为例

摘要 “稻+螺”综合种养产业是广西柳州市为适应新时代现代农业农村发展要求,为保障粮食和水产品供给、促进农民增收、继承并创新稻渔综合种养的一种生态循环农业发展方式,对促进农业现代化、乡村振兴和农村经济发展具有重要的意义。然而,目前柳州市“稻+螺”综合种养产业存在科技支撑力度不足、产业链有待升级、规模化经营水平较低三大问题。文章分析了柳州市的“稻+螺”综合种养产业的发展现状,在经济效益、生态效益和文化效益三方面对其可持续发展进行评价,得出应采取“科技赋能+三产融合+规模经营”可持续发展模式的结论,即通过科技赋能,提升农业生产的效率和质量;通过三产融合延长产业链,提高农业附加值;通过规模经营提高效率,降低成本。三者有机结合,着力解决“稻+螺”综合种养产业发展的三大难题,为产业发展提供经验和参考。 "Rice and snail"farming industry is an ecological and circular agricultural development mode in Liuzhou City of Guangxi.This mode can meet the requirements of modern agriculture and rural development in the new era,ensure the supply of food and aquatic products,promote the increase of farmers'income,and inherit and innovate the integrated cultivation of rice and fishery.It is of great significance for promoting agricultural modernization,rural revitalization and rural economic development.However,there are currently three problems in Liuzhou's"rice and snail"comprehensive cultivation industry:insufficient scientific and technological support,the need to upgrade the industrial chain,and low scale management level.This paper analyzes the development status of the"rice and snail"farming industry,evaluates its sustainable development in terms of economic benefits,ecological benefits and cultural benefits,and concludes a conclusion that the sustainable development model of"science and technology empowerment+integration of three industries+scale management"should be adopted.This means improving the efficiency and quality of agricultural production through science and technology empowerment,expanding the industrial chain,increasing the agricultural added value through the integration of three industries,and increasing efficiency and reducing costs through scale operations.The organic combination of these three efforts to solve the three major problems in the development of the"rice and snail"farming industry may provide experience and reference for industrial development.
