Exploration and Practice of Modern Industrial College Assisting in the Cultivation of Applied Talents

现代产业学院是应用型本科高校解决教育供给侧结构性矛盾,实现产教融合协同育人的重要载体和途径。聚焦应用型本科高校面向区域现代产业发展培养高素质应用型、复合型、创新型人才这一根本目标,通过系统分析应用型人才培养面临的传统路径依赖问题,探讨了现代产业学院人才培养模式改革的理论基础和建构逻辑。以江苏海洋大学智能制造产业学院为案例,探索了政校企共建共享共管现代产业学院的实践路径,形成了基于产业需求导向的现代产业学院人才培养新模式。

Modern industrial college is an important carrier and approach for application-oriented undergraduate universities to solve the structural contradiction on the education supply side and achieve the integration of industry and education in collaborative education.Focusing on the fundamental goal of cultivating high-quality applied,compound,and innovative talents for the development of regional modern industries in application-oriented undergraduate universities,this paper systematically analyzes the traditional path dependence issues faced by the cultivation of applied talents,and explores the theoretical basis and construction logic of the talent training model reform in modern industrial colleges.Taking the Intelligent Manufacturing Industry College of Jiangsu Ocean University as a case study,this study explores the practical path of building,sharing,and managing a modern industrial college through government school enterprise cooperation,and forms a new talent cultivation mode for modern industrial colleges based on industry demand orientation.
