生成式人工智能环境下人智协同的前沿分析与机会挖掘——基于扎根理论的综述研究

Frontier Analysis and Opportunity Mining of Human-AI Collaboration in GAI Environment:Literature Review Based on Grounded Theory

摘要 生成式人工智能作为颠覆性科技的代表,推动了人智协同生产模式的演化,引起学术界和产业界的热切关注,然而当前人智协同研究的前沿问题及未来的研究机会尚未充分明晰。通过扎根文献综述方法,对137篇文献数据进行两次编码分析,以明确目前基于生成式人工智能的人智协同前沿问题及未来潜在的研究机会。研究发现,研究前沿主要集中在人智协同模式与人智关系、面向人智协同的人智交互过程与效果、基于生成式人工智能的人智协同多场景应用3个方面,未来的研究机会主要为人智协同对个体与组织的影响、基于生成式人工智能的人智协同风险防控与治理、基于生成式人工智能的人智协同与知识管理、基于生成式人工智能的人智协同优化与提升策略4个方向。 As a representative of disruptive technology,generative artificial intelligence(GAI)has promoted the evolution of human-AI collaborative production mode and attracted the keen attention of academia and industry.However,at the current preliminary research stage,the frontier issues and future research opportunities of human-AI collaborative research have not been fully clarified.Through the grounded literature review method,137 literature data are coded and analyzed twice to identify the current frontier issues of human-AI collaboration based on GAI and explore potential future direction opportunities.The research finds that the research frontier mainly focuses on three aspects:human-AI cooperation model and human-AI relationship,human-AI interaction process and effect oriented to human-AI cooperation,and multi-scenario application of human-AI cooperation based on GAI.Future research opportunities mainly focus on the influence of human-AI collaboration on individuals and organizations,risk prevention and control of human-AI collaboration based on GAI,human-AI collaboration and knowledge management based on GAI,and human-AI collaboration optimization and enhancement strategy based on GAI.
