基于DEMATEL-ISM的市政道路养护成本影响因素分析

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Cost of Municipal Road Maintenance Based on DEMATEL-ISM

市政道路养护成本的控制在城市管理工作中已逐渐成为焦点,吸引了众多业内人士关注。面对人、材、机械费等直接费用的持续上涨,市政道路养护成本也持续增加。如何在保证养护质量的同时有效控制成本,提高养护资金利用效率,以缓解养护成本上升与政府财政拨款不足的矛盾,已成为市政道路养护领域迫切需要解决的问题。本文通过文献分析、专家筛选与补充得出市政道路养护成本影响因素,然后借助决策评价与实验室分析法(DEMATEL)和解释结构模式(ISM)分析了成本影响因素,通过建立阶梯结构模型,得到各影响因素之间的逻辑关系。这为在市政道路养护成本控制时把握关键和基础因素提供了依据。

The control of municipal road maintenance costs has gradually become a focus in urban management work,attracting the attention of many industry insiders.Faced with the continuous increase in direct costs such as personnel,materials,and machinery,the cost of municipal road maintenance also continues to rise.How to effectively control costs while ensuring maintenance quality,improve the efficiency of maintenance fund utilization,and alleviate the contradiction between rising maintenance costs and insufficient government financial appropriations has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved in the field of municipal road maintenance.This article analyzes the factors affecting the cost of municipal road maintenance through literature review,expert screening,and supplementation.Then,using the Decision Evaluation and Laboratory Analysis Method(DEMATEL)and Interpretive Structural Model(ISM),the cost influencing factors are analyzed.By establishing a ladder structure model,the logical relationship between each influencing factor is obtained.This provides a basis for grasping key and fundamental factors in cost control of municipal road maintenance.
