乡村资源是乡村规划的重要基础,乡村振兴下的乡村规划要发挥引领效能,统筹生态保护、粮食安全和乡村建设发展规划。本文结合生态敏感度高、调研难度大、土地使用低效的乡村规划特点,基于双评价的规划路线和实景三维的技术应用,探讨乡村规划在编制与技术路线,资源保护与开发、用地管控与布局上的策略与路径。

Rural resources are an important foundation for rural planning,and rural planning under rural revitalization should play a leading role in coordinating ecological protection,food security,and rural construction and development planning.This article combines the characteristics of high ecological sensitivity,difficult research,and inefficient land use in rural planning.Based on the dual evaluation of planning routes and the application of real-life 3D technology,it explores the strategies and paths of rural planning in terms of formulation and technical routes,resource protection and development,land control and layout.
