在桥梁长期运营过程中,由于支座橡胶老化或需要提升行车荷载等级,必须对支座进行定期的维护与更换。在此类维护操作中,桥梁顶升技术发挥着至关重要的作用。相较于传统的顶升方法,采用基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的液压同步顶升技术,能显著减少施工期间对交通的干扰,压缩工期,并降低总体工程成本。液压同步顶升系统以其高度的自动化特性,能够精确控制升降过程中的位移,实时显示操作进程,并在出现故障时及时发出警报。该技术不仅控制精度高,而且其人机交互系统设计简洁易用,为施工过程提供了极大的便利性和安全保障。本文通过深入剖析具体工程案例,详细探讨了基于PLC的液压同步桥梁顶升技术的应用流程及其控制要点,旨在为同类型的工程项目提供有价值的参考。
During the long-term operation of bridges,due to the aging of rubber bearings or the need to improve the driving load level,it is necessary to regularly maintain and replace bearings.Bridge jacking technology plays a crucial role in such maintenance operations.Compared to traditional lifting methods,the use of hydraulic synchronous lifting technology based on programmable logic controllers(PLCs)can significantly reduce traffic interference during construction,compress construction periods,and lower overall project costs.The hydraulic synchronous lifting system,with its highly automated characteristics,can accurately control the displacement during the lifting process,display the operation progress in real time,and issue an alarm in a timely manner in case of faults.This technology not only has high control accuracy,but also its human-machine interaction system design is simple and easy to use,providing great convenience and safety assurance for the construction process.This article provides a detailed analysis of specific engineering cases and explores the application process and control points of PLC based hydraulic synchronous bridge lifting technology,aiming to provide valuable reference for similar engineering projects.
