摘要
本文以内荆河节制闸工程为实践背景,研究了预应力混凝土T梁设计施工一体化技术。通过详细的施工工艺、施工流程、施工效果分析,展示了该技术的优势,为类似工程提供了借鉴。研究表明,这种一体化技术提高了施工效率,增强了结构的承载能力和抗裂性能,同时实现了经济效益和社会效益的双丰收。未来,类似工程应继续优化该技术,加强施工过程的安全和质量控制,注重环境保护。
This paper takes the Ningji River Control Weir project as the practical background and studies the integrated design and construction technology of prestressed concrete T-beams.Through detailed analysis of construction processes,procedures,and effects,the advantages of this technology are demonstrated,providing reference for similar projects.The research shows that this integrated technology enhances construction efficiency,improves the load-bearing capacity and crack resistance of the structure,and achieves a dual harvest of economic and social benefits.In the future,similar projects should continue to optimize this technology,strengthen safety and quality control in the construction process,and pay attention to environmental protection.
