水利工程风险分析及对策研究——以甘肃肃北县新建水库为例

Risk Analysis and Countermeasures of Water Conservancy Engineering:Taking the Newly Built Reservoir in Subei County, Gansu Province as an Example

以肃北县党河水峡口水库新建水库为例,识别出工程主要风险因素(政策规划和审批程序,土地征收征用方案,技术经济、生态环境影响、项目建设管理,经济社会影响,安全与社会治安,媒体舆情);分析了各因素风险发生的原因、可能性及其影响程度,并提出相应的防范化解措施。

Taking the newly-built Danghe Xiakou Reservoir in Subei County as an example,the main risk factors of the project were identified,including policy planning and approval procedures,land acquisition and requisition plans,technical and economic impacts,ecological environment impacts,project construction management,economic and social impacts,safety and social security,and media public opinion;the causes,possibilities,and degree of impact of various risk factors are analyzed,and corresponding prevention and resolution measures are proposed.
