小型电动汽车盘式制动器设计

摘要 小型电动汽车制动器结构合理设计,对于提高车辆制动性能,增强车辆的行驶安全性起着至关重要的作用。本文主要分析了小型电动汽车盘式制动器系统的结构、功能和工作要求,运用汽车及零部件设计理论,结合制动系统的相关参数。对小型电动汽车盘式制动器进行参数和结构设计,并运用Pro/E三维建模软件进行小型电动汽车盘式制动器建模,以确定所设计的小型电动汽车盘式制动器的结构合理性。 The rational design of the components of the electric vehicle braking system plays a crucial role in improving the braking performance of the vehicle and enhancing the driving safety of the vehicle.This paper mainly analyzes the structure,function and work requirements of the disc brake system for small electric vehicles.In this paper,the parameters and structure design of disc brake for small electric vehicle are made by using the theory of automobile and parts design and the correlation parameters of braking system.This paper first uses the Pro/e three-dimensional modeling software to model,to determine the design small electric vehicle disc brake's structure rationality.
