自然对流下散热器的结构优化设计

摘要 随着车载电子系统娱乐化、网络化功能要求不断提升,车载电子系统散热要求不断提升,散热器的运用日益增多。鉴于车载系统环境恶劣、对寿命及稳定性要求高,车载电子散热系统多以自然对流系统散热为主,本文为了更好的指导工程师进行散热器设计,深入研究了自然对流下散热片的材质、翅片间距、翅片高度、翅片厚度、基座厚度、翅片布置方向等因素对散热效果的影响,以期指导工程师设计出质量轻、成本佳、散热效果好的散热器。 With the increasing demand for entertainment and networking functions of vehicular electronic systems,the requirements for heat dissipation of vehicular electronic systems are constantly increasing,and the use of radiators is increasing.At the same time,in view of the poor environment of vehicular electronic systems,the requirements for life and stability are also increasing.In order to better guide engineers in the design of radiators,this paper deeply studies the influence of material,fin spacing,fin height,fin thickness,base thickness,fin layout direction and other factors on the heat dissipation effect under natural convection.In order to guide engineers to design radiators with light weight,good cost and good heat dissipation effect.
