尿素喷嘴喷射量小典型故障分析及优化

摘要 选择性催化还原技术(SCR)是消除柴油机排气中氮氧化物的主要后处理技术之一,利用尿素降低污染物NOx排放以满足国VI排放法规对于NOx的限值要求。尿素喷嘴作为尿素喷射系统的核心零部件。产品应用过程中,易出现尿素喷嘴堵塞导致实际尿素喷射量变小故障。因此,本文针对一种市场典型的尿素喷嘴尿素喷射量变小故障模式,对故障原因进行分析,提出针对性的优化改进方案,提升了尿素喷射系统的可靠性。 Selective catalytic reduction(SCR) is one of the main aftertreatment technologies for removing nitrogen oxides from diesel exhaust,urea is used to reduce pollutant NOx emission to meet the NOx limit requirements of national VI emission regulations.Urea nozzle is the main component of urea injection system.In the process of product application,it is easy to clog the urea nozzle,resulting in small faults of actual urea injection quantity.Therefore,this paper aims at the typical market failure mode of urea nozzle urea injection volume reduction,analyze the cause of the failure and propose targeted improvement measures,improving the reliability of urea injection system.
