Diesel engine structure is complex,processing,manufacturing,disassembly and operation is difficult,due to various factors occur more problems.Diesel lubrication system is the core component of diesel engine,the operation of the system has a great impact on the safe operation of diesel engine and machinery.And diesel engine lubrication system common oil deterioration,large consumption,high temperature,abnormal pressure problems.There are many reasons for its occurrence,and the troubleshooting efficiency can be improved by analyzing the reasons.The first part of this paper briefly introduces the diesel lubrication system;The second part discusses the common faults and the strategies to remove them.The purpose is to provide some reference ideas for the maintenance of diesel lubrication system.
