共富视域下淄博市缩小城乡收入差距对策探析

Exploration of Countermeasures to Narrow the Urban-rural Income Gap In Zibo City Under the Perspective of Common Prosperity

“二十大”召开后,中国式现代化成为实现中华民族伟大复兴的根本之路,而现代化的实现需要不断推进平衡发展、协调发展,缩小城乡差距等各类发展差距。以山东淄博为例,用泰尔指数研究城乡收入差距的变化及产生原因,结果显示:其城乡总体泰尔指数自2017-2021年逐渐降低,表明城乡居民收入差距逐渐缩小,但五年来90%以上的城乡贡献率也表明淄博城乡间的差距问题仍是影响总体收入差距最关键的因素,因此从城镇帮扶、制度创新、提高农民教育和技能水平、构建现代乡村产业体系等方面为缩小城乡收入差距提供建议。

After"the Twentieth National Congress",Chinese-style moder nization became the fundamental path to achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the realization of modernization requires the continuous promotion of balanced and coordinated development,and the narrowing of the urban-rural gap and other types of development gaps.Taking Zibo in Shandong as an example,the Tel index is used to study the changes and causes of the urban-rural income gap,and the results show that its overall urban-rural Tel index has gradually decreased since 2017-2021,indicating that the income gap between urban and rural residents has gradually narrowed,but the urban-rural contribution rate of more than 90 per cent over the past five years also suggests that the problem of disparity between the urban and rural areas in Zibo is still the most crucial factor affecting the overall income gap.It also proposes countermeasures to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas from the aspects of assistance from towns and cities,institutional innovation,raising the level of education and skills of farmers,and constructing a modern rural industrial system.
