聚氯乙烯给水管道破裂粘接修复工艺优化

摘要 为有效缓解聚氯乙烯给水管道接近使用年限,施工不当、管材管件配合不到位、胶粘剂质量不合格等各种原因导致破裂而需修复的问题,对于修复用胶粘剂及粘接修复工艺的要求越来越高,且明确指出针对不同施工环境选择可满足多重条件的胶粘剂,以有效保障给水管道粘接修复效果。通过概述粘接技术,以及聚氯乙烯给水管道破裂原因,深度解析了聚氯乙烯给水管道破裂粘接修复工艺的破裂定位、表面处理、备胶粘剂、粘接修复、整饰加工、质量检测全过程,以期为给水管道粘接修复获得理想效果提供参考依据。 In order to effectively alleviate the problems of PVC water supply pipelines approaching their service life,improper construction,inadequate fitting of pipes and fittings,unqualified adhesive quality and other reasons that cause rupture and need to be repaired,the requirements for repair adhesives and bonding repair processes are becoming higher and higher,at the same time,it is explicitly stated that adhesives that can meet multiple conditions for different construction environments should be selected to effectively ensure the bonding repair effect of water supply pipelines.By summarizing the bonding technology and the causes of PVC water supply pipeline rupture,the whole process of rupture positioning,surface treatment,adhesive preparation,bonding repair,finishing processing and quality inspection of PVC water supply pipeline rupture bonding repair process is deeply analyzed,in order to provide a reference for the ideal effect of water supply pipeline bonding repair.
