装饰用胶干湿状剪切强度分析及在结构设计中的应用

摘要 为了提升室内艺术设计用胶粘材料的干状和湿状剪切强度,研究了胶粘材料中OH-与NCO-摩尔比R1值、腰果二酚含量和二月桂酸二丁基锡用量对胶粘材料干状和湿状剪切强度的影响。结果表明,随着R1值从2.5增至7,PU-a和PU-b胶粘材料的干状和湿状剪切强度都呈现先增加后减小的趋势,分别在R1值为6和R1值为6.5时取得最大值。随着腰果二酚含量从0%增至30%,PU-a胶粘材料的干状和湿状剪切强度先减小后增加而后又减小,在加入腰果二酚后胶粘材料的干状和湿状剪切强度都低于未添加腰果二酚的胶粘材料。随着二月桂酸二丁基锡用量从0%增至0.3%,PU-a和PU-b胶粘材料的干状和湿状剪切强度都呈现先增加后减小特征,分别在二月桂酸二丁基锡用量为0.15%和0.1%时取得最大值。 In order to enhance the dry and wet shear strength of adhesive materials used in interior art design and better meet application requirements.The effects of OH-/NCO-molar ratio R1 value,cashew polyphenol content,and the amount of dibutyltin dilaurate on the dry and wet shear strength of adhesive materials were studied.The results showed that as the R1 value increased from 2.5 to 7,the dry and wet shear strengths of PU-a and PU-b adhesive materials showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,reaching their maximum values at R1 value=6 and R1 value=6.5,respectively.As the content of cashew bisphenol increased from 0 to 30%,the dry and wet shear strength of PU-a adhesive material first decreased,then increased,and then decreased.After adding cashew bisphenol,the dry and wet shear strength of the adhesive material was lower than that of the adhesive material without adding cashew bisphenol.As the amount of dibutyltin dilaurate increased from 0 to 0.3%,the dry and wet shear strengths of PU-a and PU-b adhesive materials showed a first increase and then a decrease,reaching their maxi‐mum values at 0.15%and 0.1%of dibutyltin dilaurate,respectively.
