摘要
为研究制备的沥青混合料老化性能,在环氧沥青中掺入不饱和脂肪酸,利用马歇尔试验确定沥青的掺入量,并与冷拌法相结合,完成混合料制备。使用灰关联分析方法研究不同试样老化态势相似或相异程度,使用VHX-7000系列数码显微系统显示孔隙率15%、孔隙率20%下的不同老化时长试样SEM图,应用ImageJ图像分析软件处理SEM图像,分析沥青膜剥落面积随时间变化规律。分析结果表明,15%孔隙率试样沥青膜比20%孔隙率要厚,沥青混合料老化程度相对较小。车辙试验结果显示,采用所研究技术的动稳定度最高可达98%,沥青混合料吸光度与实际值最大误差为0.01,为沥青混合料的抗老化特性研究提供参考。
In order to study the road performance of the prepared asphalt mixture,unsaturated fat acid was added into the epoxy asphalt,and Marshall test was used to determine the amount of asphalt,which was combined with the cold mixing method to complete the preparation of the mixture.Using grey correlation analysis method to study the degree of similarity or dissimilarity in aging trends of different samples,using the VHX-7000 series digital microscopy system to display SEM images of samples with different aging durations at a porosity of 15%and 20%,and using ImageJ image analysis software to process SEM images to analyze the variation of asphalt film peeling area over time.The processing results showed that the asphalt film of the 15%porosity sample was thicker than that of the 20%porosity sample,and the aging degree of the asphalt mixture was relatively small.The rutting test results showed that the dynamic stability of the asphalt mixture could reach 98%,and the maximum error between the absorbance of asphalt mixture and the actual value was only 0.01,which provides a reference technology for the study of anti⁃aging characteristics of asphalt mixture.
