摘要
为探究碳纤维复合材料(FRP)加固混凝土的各种力学性能,制备混凝土力学性能测试的试件,一种为圆柱体,作为抗压强度试件,另一种是棱柱体,作为抗弯强度与抗拉强度试件。试验中试件的抗压强度和抗弯强度参考测试普通水泥胶砂强度的方法来实施,试件抗拉强度采取直接拉伸法。结果表明,CFRP条带粘贴面积率为100%的试件1的峰值应变最大,达到0.398%;轴心抗压强度最大,达到126.5 MPa;单轴饱和抗压强度最大,达到105.3 MPa。碳纤维复合材料条带加固尺寸分别为100 mm×300 mm、100 mm×400 mm的试件D、E的抗弯强度最大。E的单轴抗拉强度最大,试件碳纤维复合材料加固混凝土加固效果卓越。
To explore the various mechanical properties of carbon fiber composite material reinforced concrete and explore its application,the specimens for the mechanical properties test of concrete were prepared,one was a cylin⁃der as a compressive strength specimen,and the other was a prism as a flexural strength and tensile strength speci⁃men.The compressive strength and flexural strength of the specimen in the test were implemented with reference to the method of testing the strength of ordinary cement mortar,and the tensile strength of the specimen was carried out by the direct tensile method.The results showed that the peak strain of specimen 1 with a 100%adhesive area ratio of CFRP strips was the highest,reaching 0.398%.The maximum axial compressive strength was the highest,reaching 126.5 MPa.The maximum uniaxial saturated compressive strength reached 105.3 MPa.The bending strength of the carbon fiber composite strip reinforced with 100 mm×300 mm and 100 mm×400 mm,which named D and E,were the largest.The uniaxial tensile strength of E was the largest,and the concrete reinforcement effect of carbon fiber composite reinforced concrete was excellent.
