摘要
针对水中重金属污染检测问题,提出一种改性碳布电极的电化学检测方法,并对其可行性进行验证。分析结果表明,改性碳布电极纤维结构稳定;在对不同浓度的样品进行汞离子检测时,检测限在30 s沉积时间内达到0.75μg/L,检测速度和效果优秀。将改性碳布电极用于自来水和湖泊水的加标实验中时,检测结果与热脱附效应汞分析仪检测结果相近;将改性碳布电极在对流动环境下不同浓度的流动样品检测中,SWSV相应曲线随着浓度变化依然反应明显,具有较高灵敏性;同时在对不同流速的样品检测中,溶出曲线整体变化幅度受流速变化影响较小,检出结果稳定。
In order to solve the problem of heavy metal pollution detection in water,an electrochemical detection method using modified carbon cloth electrode was proposed and its feasibility was verified.The analysis results showed that the structure of modified carbon cloth electrode fibers was stable.When the mercury ion was detected in different concentrations,,the detection limit was 0.75μg/L within 30 s deposition time,indicating excellent detection speed and effect.The test results of modified carbon cloth electrode were similar to those of thermal desorbed mercury analyzer when it was used in the marking experiments of tap water and lake water.In the detection of flow samples with different concentrations in the flow environment,the corresponding curves of SWSV still responded significantly with the change of concentration,and had high sensitivity.At the same time,in the detection of samples with different flow rates,the overall change amplitude of dissolution curve was less affected by the change of flow rate,and the detection result was stable.
