摘要
对中天钢铁3号高炉大矿批冶炼的主要措施进行了总结。3号高炉开炉后,在建立操作炉型期间,通过采取改善原燃料质量、优化基本操作制度、高富氧大喷煤、稳定炉体热负荷等措施,矿批逐步从90t扩大至111t,炉况稳定顺行,主要技术经济指标明显改善,实现优质、高产、低耗的目标。在人炉品位只有56.5%~57.2%的条件下,取得了燃料比495.88kg/t、煤比163.31kg/t的良好指标,不仅消除了建立操作炉型的“阵痛”,同时还降低了生铁成本。
The main efforts tried in Zenith Steel No.3 BF for achieving successful smelting under high stock batch weight are summarized.After blowing on,some measures are taken while building up the furnace operating profile,such as improving the quality of raw materials and fuel,optimizing the basic operating system,implementing higher flowrate pulverized coal in-jection under higher oxygen-enrichment,and stabilizing the heat load of the furnace.The stock batch weight is increased gradually from 90t to 11lt,the furnace keeps on smooth and stable running,and main techno-economic indicators improve significantly,hitting the target of excellent quality,high output and low consumption.Under the condition of only 56.5%-57.2%comprehensive ore grade,the fuel rate is 495.88kg/t only and the coal rate 163.31 kg/t.The furnace overcomes the short but intensified pain while forming the operating profile,and realizes low cost production.
