摘要
目的:通过对幼年特发性关节炎(JIA)患儿家属心理体验及应对方式的质性研究,为后期患儿家属的心理干预提供支持。方法:选取2022年4月1日至2022年6月31日在我院儿童风湿免疫科治疗的10例JIA患儿的家属为研究对象,进行访谈,并对访谈记录进行分析。结果:JIA患儿家属的心理体验包括“照护过程中的负性情绪”“各种压力带来的重压感”“接受与积极应对”“渴望获得更多的支持”,其应对方式主要有“自我调节”“家庭成员的支持”“配偶的支持”“朋友的支持”这4种。结论:医护人员应加强与JIA患儿家属的沟通,告知他们家庭支持的重要性,并进行针对性干预,以改善JIA患儿家属的心理体验。
Objective:To conduct a qualitative study on the psychological experience and coping strategies of family members of children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis(JIA),in order to provide support for psychological intervention of children's family members in the later stage.Methods:Ten family members of JIA children treated in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology in our hospital from April 1,2022 to June 31,2022 were selected as the research subjects for interviews.The interview records were analyzed.Results:The psychological experience of family members of JIA children included"negative emotions during the care process""heavy pressure caused by various pressures""acceptance and positive response"and"desire for more support".Their coping strategies mainly included"self-regulation""support from family members""support from spouses"and""support from friends".Conclusion:Medical staff should strengthen communication with the family members of JIA patients,inform them of the importance of family support,and provide targeted interventions to improve the psychological experience of JIA patient families.
