农田水利工程确权管理信息系统设计

摘要 为解决通过信息化技术手段明晰工程权属,形成可溯源的电子档案,实现工程确权、数据查询等功能,在分析研究功能需求、用户角色需求、数据安全需求以及易用性和可扩展性需求的基础上,提出了包括采集层、数据层、应用支撑层、业务应用层和界面展现层的总体框架,并设计了基于B/S架构的农田水利工程确权管理信息系统。该系统集成了用户管理、农田水利工程管理、工程确权管理等多个业务模块,支持确权申请、审核、公示、证书生成等功能,具有系统可靠和管理一体化的优点,为农田水利工程确权、管理、维护等方面提供全面而高效的支持,为农业可持续发展提供有力支撑。 To address the need for clarifying project ownership through information technology means,creating traceable electronic archives,and enabling functions such as project verification and data queries,an overall framework was proposed.This framework is based on an analysis of functional requirements,user role needs,data security requirements,as well as usability and scalability needs.It includes the acquisition layer,data layer,application support layer,business application layer,and interface presentation layer.Additionally,a farmland water conservancy project verification management information system was designed based on the B/S architecture.The system integrates multiple business modules,including user management,farmland water conservancy project management,and project verification management.It supports functions such as verification applications,reviews,public notices,and certificate generation.With the advantages of system reliability and integrated management,it provides comprehensive and efficient support for the verification,management,and maintenance of farmland water conservancy projects,thereby offering robust support for sustainable agricultural development.
