摘要
高强钢是影响汽车轻量化进程的关键材料,可以实现在降低汽车重量的同时提高碰撞安全性,现已广泛应用于汽车的结构件中。讨论了3种600 MPa级汽车用高强钢的成形性。通过杯突值IE和LDR值来评价其成形性,比较了3种高强钢的力学性能以及成形性能,提供了一种考虑板料的各向异性,同时用最大主应变来判断破裂的数值模拟方法,通过试验与仿真的对比验证了此种方法具有可行性,并预测了3种材料的LDR值。
High-strength steel is a key material that affects the process of automobile lightweight,which can reduce the weight of automobiles and improve the collision safety at the same time,and has been widely used in the structural parts of automobiles.This paper discusses the formability of three kinds of 600 MPa grade automotive high strength steels.The paper compares the mechanical properties and formability of three kinds of high-strength steels,and provides a numerical simulation method that considers the anisotropy of sheet metal and uses the maximum principal strain to judge the fracture.The feasibility of this method is verified by the comparison between test and simulation,and the LDR values of the three materials are predicted.
