摘要
针对某机载风扇外壳疲劳断裂问题,基于材料S-N曲线及Miner线性损伤累计理论,通过ANSYS和nCode DesignLife联合仿真对其进行疲劳寿命分析,得出该风扇外壳疲劳结果云图及各节点的疲劳寿命。结果显示,最大疲劳损伤位置位于加强筋与外壳连接处,与实际工况中断裂位置相符合,表明该仿真方法可为结构设计提供一定理论指导。为解决疲劳断裂问题,提出一种采用高阻尼橡胶材料减振器进行减振安装的方法,再次仿真的结果表明,减振安装是一种可以提高机载风扇疲劳寿命有效的方法。
Based on the material S-N curve and Miner linear damage accumulation theory,the fatigue life of a certain airborne fan casing was analyzed through joint simulation with ANSYS and nCode DesignLife.The fatigue result cloud map of the fan casing and the fatigue life of each node were obtained.The results show that the maximum fatigue damage location is at the connection between the reinforcing rib and the casing,which is consistent with the fracture location in actual working conditions,indicating that the simulation method can provide certain theoretical guidance for structural design.To solve the problem of fatigue fracture,a method of using high damping rubber material shock absorbers for vibration reduction installation is proposed.The re-simulation results show that vibration reduction installation is an effective method to improve the fatigue life of airborne fans.
