专业认证理念下高师美术专业教育实习改革策略研究——以辽宁师范大学美术学院的实践探索为例

摘要 师范类专业认证是保障和提高师范类专业人才培养质量、推进师范类专业内涵式发展的新举措,高校应认识到师范认证对教育实习的全新要求,积极进行教育实习改革。本文通过审视与反思辽宁师范大学美术学院在学生教育实习过程中存在的问题,提出调整教育实习目的、建构教育实习课程标准、改善教育实习评价标准等建议,以推进教师教育事业发展。 The teacher education accreditation is a new initiative to guarantee and improve the quality of teacher training and promote the connotative development of teacher education.Thus, colleges and universities should recognize the new requirements that the accreditation have had for education practice and actively carry out education practice reform. By reviewing the problems existing in the education practice of students in the College of Fine Arts of Liaoning Normal University, this paper puts forward suggestions such as adjusting the purpose of education practice, constructing curriculum standards of education practice, and improving evaluation standards of education practice, in order to promote the development of teacher education.
