摘要
步入数字经济时代,数据要素市场化成为释放数据要素价值的重要途径,对高技术产业韧性具有重要影响。通过构建动态SDM模型,系统分析空间演化特征以及数据要素市场化对高技术产业韧性的直接影响效应和空间溢出效应。研究发现,数据要素市场化与高技术产业韧性均具有空间依赖特征。高技术产业韧性局部分布以高—高、低—低两种集聚类型为主。数据要素市场化能够直接促进高技术产业韧性提升,且该作用存在显著空间溢出特征。异质性结果分析显示,短期内数据要素市场化能够有效强化沿海地区和东部地区高技术产业韧性,长期则有助于内陆地区和中部、西部、东北地区高技术产业韧性增强,且该作用存在显著空间溢出效应。
Entering the era of digital economy,the marketization of data elements has become an important way to release the value of data elements,which has a significant impact on the resilience of high-tech industries.By constructing a dynamic SDM model,syste-matically analyze the spatial evolution characteristics and the direct impact and spatial spillover effects of data element marketization on the resilience of high-tech industries.Research has found that the marketization of digital elements and the resilience of high-tech indu-stries both have spatial dependence characteristics.The local distribution of high-tech industry resilience is mainly characterized by two types of agglomeration:High—high and low—low.The marketization of data elements can directly promote the resilience improvement of high-tech industries,and this effect has significant spatial spillover characteristics.The heterogeneity results show that in the short term,the marketization of data elements can effectively strengthen the resilience of high-tech industries in coastal and eastern regions,while in the long term,it helps to enhance the resilience of high-tech industries in inland,central,western,and northeastern regions,and this eff-ect has a significant spatial spillover effect.
