数字化转型、企业ESG责任表现和创新绩效

Digital Transformation,Enterprise ESG Responsibility Rerformance and Innovation Performance

数字经济高速发展背景下,数字化转型已成为企业创新发展新动能。选取2011—2021年沪深A股上市公司数据,采用固定效应模型与中介效应模型,实证检验数字化转型、企业ESG责任表现与创新绩效间的关系。研究发现:数字化转型对创新绩效具有显著正向影响;企业ESG责任表现在数字化转型与创新绩效间发挥中介作用。进一步分析发现,数字化转型对东部、中部地区企业创新绩效的影响强于西部、东北地区,对大型企业与技术密集型企业创新绩效的影响强于中小型企业、劳动密集型与资本密集型企业。基于此,应深挖企业数字化转型优势,构建ESG责任表现新评价机制,分类引导企业创新发展,以期提升创新绩效。

Under the background of rapid development of digital economy,digital transformation has become a new driving force for enterprise innovation and development.Select the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2021,the fixed effect model and mediating effect model are used to empirically test the relationship between digital transformation,ESG responsibility performance and innovation performance.The study found that digital transformation has a significant positive impact on innovation performance.Enterprise ESG responsibility plays an intermediary role between digital transformation and innovation performance.Further analysis shows that the impact of digital transformation on the innovation performance of enterprises in the eastern and central regions is stronger than that in the western and northeastern regions,and the impact on the innovation performance of large enterprises and technology-intensive enterprises is stronger than that of small and medium-sized enterprises,labor-intensive and capital-intensive enter-prises.Based on this,it is proposed that we should deeply explore the advantages of digital transformation of enterprises,build a new evaluation mechanism of ESG responsibility performance,and guide the innovation and development of enterprises by classification,so as to improve innovation performance.
