政府支持、企业关系与高端装备制造企业技术创新

Government Support,Corporate Relations and Technical Innovationof High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

提升高端装备制造企业技术创新能力是建设现代化工业体系的重要内容。通过331份高端装备制造企业调研数据,引入企业政治关系与企业市场关系作为调节变量,围绕政府支持对高端装备制造企业技术创新的影响进行实证检验。研究表明:政府支持对高端装备制造企业探索式创新与利用式创新有显著的正向促进作用;企业政治关系负向调节政府支持对探索式创新和利用式创新的影响;企业市场关系正向调节政府支持对探索式创新与利用式创新的影响。基于此,从引导企业市场关系构建、完善政府信息发布制度、强化监督管理机制等方面提出相关政策建议。

Enhancing the technological innovation capability of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises is important for buil-ding a modern industrial system.Based on the survey data of 331 high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,the influence of gover-nment support on technological innovation is empirically tested by introducing corporate political relations and corporate market relations as moderating variables.The research shows that government support has a significant positive effect on the exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation;Corporate political relations negatively moderate the impact of government support on exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation;Enterprise market relationship positively moderates the impact of government support on exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation.Based on the above study conclusions,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions from the aspects of guiding the construction of enterprise market relations,improving the government information release system,and strengthening the supervision and management mechanism.
